In the Sanctuaryis the 'Dawn of our Redemption', a wall-hanging especially designed and woven by the Benedictine Sisters. There is an explanation in the porch which you can read as you view. At the back of the churchOn the left (with your back to the altar) is a wall-hanging which was the work of some 30 children and young people of the parish (1985). A full explanation is given alongside. On the right is a mosaic of the icon by Rublėv of 'Abraham's Visitors' or 'the Trinity'. A full explanation of the mosaic is given alongside. Below the gallery is a wooden statue of St Francis of Assisi, carved by Fr Andrew McMahon. |
